Perched high in a bushland setting, this house was originally architect designed in 1969 in the modernist style of open & unadorned spaces; well positioned for capturing views, breezes and light. Equally, we encouraged the owners to take a modernist approach to the interior design of their family home. Textural tones were used, energised with rich colour.  The palette being inspired from the owner’s fond memories of Africa, a place where she spent time as a young exchange student.

[Our thanks to Boyd Blue and Tappeti Rugs for their beautiful pieces in this project]
